Hello! So I was scrolling on Instagram I read something which made me think of the above quote.  It stated something about the smarter we get, the less we speak and I have to agree and I find that it goes hand in hand with not letting the behavior of others affect our peace.  If I’m attacked in any way including verbally or written, I can easily say or write something in return and defend myself.  But the older I get, I realize that the ones doing the attacking must be unhappy or have issues within themselves and since I cannot/will not deal with their issues, I can only control how I react to it.  How I choose to react is by rolling my eyes ha, praying for them, and not letting it affect my peace.

About this look, I wanted to add a pop of color to this white jeans, nude heels, and dark brown jord wood watch combo and did so with a summer trend, this green off the shoulder top.  I was gifted this watch and have to say I love that it’s lightweight yet durable.  I picked this color because I needed a brown colored watch in my collection but there are so many other pretty color options.  If in need of a new watch or a gift idea, consider a jord time piece.
